Toni-Louise Carter (TLC Illustration) is a freelance illustrator based in Hazlehurst Studios in Runcorn. A big part of her practice is live illustration - capturing the atmosphere of events through observational drawing. She also creates children's illustrations, developing characters and scenes inspired by memories, stories, and everyday life.

Graduating from Liverpool John Moores University in 2022 with a First Class Honours degree in BA(Hons) Graphic Design & Illustration.

Beyond illustration work, Toni-Louise works with Hazlehurst Studios in community workshops for all ages. Facilitating engaging craft workshops for young people, providing safe, inclusive spaces that encourage creativity and imaginative expression.
